By using the website, contacting QuietStudio, requesting a preview, accessing the client portal, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
For questions, contact: hello@quietstudio.online
1. About QuietStudio
QuietStudio provides website design and related services for small businesses. Services may include one-page websites, business websites, redesigns, website updates, launch support, and related digital work.
2. Website information
The information on quietstudio.online is provided for general business and service information. QuietStudio tries to keep information accurate and up to date, but details such as pricing, availability, timelines, and scope may change.
3. Requests, approval, and client portal access
Submitting a project request does not guarantee that QuietStudio will accept the project.
QuietStudio may approve, reject, or request more information before inviting a client to continue.
Access to the client portal is invite-only. Clients are responsible for using the invited email address and account correctly when signing up or logging in.
QuietStudio may restrict or remove portal access if the account is misused or if the connected project is cancelled.
4. Packages and pricing
Prices shown on the website are starting points in USD. QuietStudio currently uses USD pricing globally.
Final scope, timeline, and cost depend on the client's requirements, pages, content, features, integrations, urgency, and project complexity.
QuietStudio confirms scope before work begins so the client understands what is included and what happens next.
Current starting packages may include:
- Starter Website: from $299 USD
- Business Website: from $599 USD
- Website Update Pass: from $79 USD
- Custom quotes may be offered separately for larger scopes or extra features.
5. Payments
Public visitors are not charged directly from the public request form.
After a request is approved and the client has portal access, payment links may be available inside the client dashboard.
Prices are shown in USD and are tax-inclusive where applicable. Checkout, receipts, and payment processing are handled by Dodo Payments or another payment provider.
QuietStudio is not responsible for payment provider outages, payment processing delays, card declines, checkout errors, or provider-side issues.
Payment status in the dashboard may be updated manually by QuietStudio.
6. Deposits, balances, cancellations, and refunds
Unless agreed otherwise, website projects may require a deposit before work begins. Clients may also choose to pay in full upfront if available.
Work may begin after a deposit or full payment is confirmed. The remaining balance is usually due before final handover, launch, transfer, or delivery of completed work unless agreed otherwise.
Deposits reserve project time and allow QuietStudio to begin planning and work. Once work has started, deposits may not be refundable.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, QuietStudio may charge for work already completed, time spent, planning, design, development, communication, and any third-party costs.
Refunds, if any, are handled case by case.
7. Client dashboard information
The client dashboard may show payment status, project status, notes, selected package, selected style, preview links, live website links, and other project details.
Dashboard information is provided for convenience. QuietStudio will try to keep it accurate, but written communication by email or direct project communication may also apply.
8. Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, including:
- Business details
- Website content
- Images, logos, and brand assets
- Page requirements
- Contact details
- Feedback and approvals
- Access to any required domain, hosting, or third-party services
- Delays in providing content, feedback, access, or approvals may delay the project timeline.
9. Project timelines
Project timelines are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Timelines may change due to scope changes, delayed feedback, missing content, technical issues, third-party tools, or additional requests.
10. Revisions, changes, and extra scope
Each package may include a defined number of revision rounds. Extra revisions, new pages, new sections, redesigns, custom features, integrations, or major scope changes may require an additional quote or payment.
QuietStudio will explain when a request is outside the original scope.
11. Website Update Pass
The Website Update Pass is a one-time support service for small updates after launch. It is not a monthly subscription.
The Update Pass may include a limited number of small update requests within a fixed period, such as 10 days.
Small updates may include:
- Text changes
- Image swaps
- Button or link updates
- Contact detail updates
- Minor layout adjustments
- Basic improvement suggestions
- The Update Pass does not include: new pages, full redesigns, custom features, advanced integrations, new branding systems, large copywriting work, SEO campaigns, major layout rebuilds, or emergency support unless agreed separately.
12. Third-party tools, domains, and hosting
Some projects may require third-party services such as domains, hosting, analytics, email tools, payment processors, booking tools, or plugins.
Unless specifically included, third-party costs are separate from QuietStudio service fees. The client is responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, subscriptions, renewals, and credentials.
13. Ownership and intellectual property
The client owns the final approved website content and design deliverables created specifically for them after full payment is received.
QuietStudio retains ownership of its internal methods, reusable components, processes, know-how, templates, code patterns, and pre-existing materials.
Third-party assets, fonts, libraries, tools, plugins, images, or software remain subject to their own licenses.
The client confirms they have the right to use any content, images, logos, trademarks, or materials they provide.
14. Portfolio use
QuietStudio may display completed work, screenshots, project descriptions, or public website links in its portfolio, marketing, or social proof unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
15. No guaranteed results
QuietStudio aims to create clear, professional, and useful websites. However, QuietStudio does not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, search rankings, leads, revenue, or customer behavior.
16. Acceptable use
You agree not to use quietstudio.online, the client portal, or QuietStudio services for illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or malicious purposes.
QuietStudio may refuse or stop work that involves unlawful, unethical, harmful, or inappropriate content.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuietStudio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
QuietStudio's total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to QuietStudio for that project, unless the law requires otherwise.
18. Website availability
QuietStudio may update, change, or remove parts of the website or client portal at any time. We do not guarantee that quietstudio.online or the client portal will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
19. Privacy
